Questions people ask before they call

How long does registration take? About two hours once all documents are in order.

What documents do I need? Passport copies of shareholders and directors, passport photographs, proof of residence such as a utility bill or tenancy contract, and the application form with proposed company names.

Is there a minimum share capital? No minimum paid-up capital for most activities.

How fast are visas? Within 24 to 48 hours of company registration, including the medical test, Emirates ID and stamping.

Do I need an office? No. Flexi-desk, shared and private office options are all available.

Can I register without coming to the UAE? Yes, when all documents are complete. Travel is needed at the visa stage for the medical test and Emirates ID.
