Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone (ANCFZ) showcases new horizons of investment in Delhi!

Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone (ANCFZ) successfully hosted its first Indian Investment Roadshow in Delhi, presenting attractive business and investment opportunities to a vibrant group of investors and entrepreneurs.

Mr. Rishi Somaiya, CEO of ANCFZ, highlighted the exclusive investor packages, strategic benefits, and Ajman’s investor-friendly ecosystem, inspiring confidence among investors exploring opportunities in the UAE.

The initiative reflects ANCFZ’ s growing global footprint and commitment to fostering international partnerships.

What an ANCFZ licence involves

For investors in India looking at a UAE company, these are the terms ANCFZ publishes.

Ownership is 100 percent foreign. There is no local partner requirement and no minimum paid-up capital for most activities. A company can be registered as a Free Zone Establishment with one shareholder, a Free Zone Company with up to 50 shareholders, or a branch of a company that already exists in India or elsewhere.

The licence covers more than 3,500 approved activities across trading, services, consultancy, e-commerce, blockchain and gaming, and up to 10 of them can sit on one licence. Registration takes about two hours once the documents are complete. Residence visas follow within 24 to 48 hours of registration, and the process includes the medical fitness test, Emirates ID and visa stamping.

One-year packages start at AED 4,888 with no visa, AED 10,800 with one visa and AED 16,200 with two. Prices are for one year paid in advance and include the 10 percent advance payment discount. Health insurance is required during the visa process and is not part of the package price.

Registering from India

Company registration can be completed remotely when all documents are in order, so shareholders do not need to travel to the UAE to register. Travel comes in at the visa stage, because the medical test and Emirates ID have to be done inside the UAE.

Documents for registration are the passport copies of shareholders and directors, passport photographs, proof of residence such as a utility bill or tenancy contract, and the application form with the proposed company names. Regulated activities such as financial services, healthcare and education need approval from the relevant authority before the licence is issued. More detail sits in the FAQ.

Questions about registering from India go to info@ancfz.ae or +971 6 808 8888. The representative office at Aspin Commercial Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai takes meetings in person.
